Pet Sitting Policies
Free Initial Consultation: This initial meeting is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have and for your pet sitter to get to know your pets and their routine. You'll receive a Welcome Packet which will include a Service Request Agreement, a Veterinary Release Form and a Pet and Home Guide worksheet. Please allow 30 to 40 minutes for the meeting.
Key Program: Clients have the option of allowing Fido, Fluffy and Friends to keep your house keys for future pet sit visits or have your keys returned after service is completed. By allowing us to keep a copy of your house keys, scheduling additional pet sits are more convenient and less time consuming. If you decide you would like us to return your house keys, no problem! Your pet sitter will return them within 48 hours after service is completed. There is no charge for key returns!
Payment:
Vacation Visits:
A 50 % deposit is due before service begins. The unpaid balance is due no later than the 15th day after service was completed. Returning clients are welcome to but not required to pay the total balance in full before service begins. Fido, Fluffy and Friends wants you to be completely satisfied with our pet sitting services.
Daily Visits (M-F):
Payment for each week is due on Friday or when the service ends for the week.

Pet Waste Removal Policies
1st Service Day: If your dog(s) will be inside during your scheduled service time, you do not need to be present. If however, your dog(s) will be in the yard during clean-up, we require that you or another adult be present during the first day of service. This way your dog(s) will not feel threatened and it will give us a chance to get to know them while you are present.
General Information: The waste is bagged and placed in your trash can unless other arrangements have been made. There are no contracts to sign. You may cancel your scheduled service up to 24 hours beforehand.

Payment: An invoice is mailed at the end of the month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. We currently accept cash or checks.
